If you're "officially" an adult but don't feel like one, I've got you.
We're taught that we have to muddle through life and learn from experience. I believe adulting can be easier.
What's your biggest struggle right now?
Start with the one that's stressing you out most.

Hi, I'm Erica.
I started my career as a CPA, then spent two decades leading teams and multi-million dollar businesses for brands like Target, J.Crew, and Nike. I've lived in the Midwest, on both coasts, and in Europe, and I've rebuilt my life from scratch more times than I can count.
Here's the thing that bugged me for years. I could read a balance sheet and still had no real sense of what I could afford. I could run a large team and still felt behind on my own house and routines. I had all the skills on paper and I didn't feel like a grown up.
The whole time I was doing corporate work, I was also teaching. Tutoring, instructing, coaching youth track. What I kept seeing is that this gap isn't personal. Schools don't teach foundational life skills, so people walk out with the same hole no matter how smart or hardworking they are.
That's not a character flaw. That's a curriculum problem, and curriculum problems are fixable.
So I built the system I wish someone had handed me at 22. Goals, plans, and structure, in one place, personalized to you.
